You can obtain a certificate of insurance from your agent or insurance company that will summarize your limits of insurance.

I own a small business in New York State and only have one employee, do I need Workers Compensation Insurance for that employee?

Yes. New York State requires that all employees are covered by Workers Compensation. The state also requires that employers carry New York State Disability Insurance.
